Ask a girl out?

how can i ask a girl out/when i do i do not do it directly and they say no.how do i know if a girl likes me and how can i hint a girl that i like her?

Dear Brandon,

Be careful asking girls out at an early age. Once you start dating one on one all your friendships with other girls become limited. To hint that you like a girl, make eye contact, a lot! A girl can usually tell by this.
